I come to this location on a regular basis and I can honestly say that I’ve never had any problems with anyone at the pharmacy or in the actual store. Whenever I walk in the store someone always greets me and asks me if I need any help finding anything. Everyone has always been really nice especially in the pharmacy department. If there’s a particular medication that they normally don’t carry they’ll order it for you if you ask them to. When you drop your prescriptions off you can wait for them which usually only takes 15 – 20 minutes or they can text you when they’re ready to be picked up. The only negative is that they’re not open 24 hours, other than that I really like Rite Aid.

I needed something as simple as two tubes of toothpaste. I had to wait for six minutes for someone to come up to the front to ring me up. When the worker walked to the front, believe me, it was with no sense of urgency.
While they have a terminal with near field communication capabilities, after two tries of using my Apple pay on my phone, both times failed, even though the cashier said that it was ringing up. I finally gave up and swiped my card after digging it out of my purse.
Two stars for having the toothpaste that I wanted, –3 stars for the inconvenience, and the inattentiveness of the employees in keeping the registers manned. Do not shop here if you are looking for quick service.
