Would not use again but unfortunately we don’t have many options in Baton Rouge. After being told my router was bad, then my switch was bad, it took another 30 minutes to figure out it was a Cat6 wire in the wall which could be worked around. Chip did give me a break on the hourly rate and only charged me for 2 hours instead of 2.5, but the total was still $ 300 and only one of TVs is now working as a wired connection. They are probably a great place to take your PC for issues but this network wiring situation may have been too much.
