Qdoba Mexican Grill

Totally disagree with any negative reviews of Qdoba. I was a long time Izzo’s fan but now pick Qdoba over Izzos every time! Their queso is so good and their ingredients are always fresh. For some reason Izzo’s can’t seem to get their chicken right and always tastes burnt. Not the case at Qdoba! P. S. Cures a hangover magically!

Great food for the price. The quality of the ingredients is much better than nearby burrito shops.

I know Louisiana is not known for Mexican food, but sometimes I crave a burrito, ya know? Izzos is kinda nasty and this is the only other place near by so I gave it a shot. I know its a chain, but I never had it. Never will again, either. Even if you have no tastebuds and like the chain, this location is ultra sucky. You know why? Because of the tall skinny stoned kid that works there. After mumbling at me and working extra slow, he gave me a fucking folded tortilla with a bunch of shit shoved it. I looked at it, I knew it wouldnt end well. Anyway, I open the foil and sure enough, there is a soggy pile of shit that doesn’t even look like a burrito. I take a bite with a spoon (the only way you can eat this crap), and quickly learn that the only thing this shit is good for is to throw at people.

This place is awful. Ingredients poor. Preparation even worse. Go to izzos if you want cheap Mexican. The place is owned by Jack in the Crack if that tells you anything

Love LOVE this place! It’s situated in a nice centre along with a sushi restaurant, coffer shop, book store, and the infamous Walk-On’s. I lived across the street for a year and I was seriously here at LEAST 3 times a week. My dish of choice is the 3 cheese nachos, chicken or steak. The queso here is also very delicious. Also, at various times during the year they run a special with all you can eat queso and patron margaritas!!! This is an excellent restaurant with a nicely decorated interior and a nice staff. I DEF recommend stopping by if your in the area.
