The first thing you notice is the smell. I understand its difficult to completely eliminate the smell of pet urine, however its very pungent here. Aside from that is that the place is very cramped and everything is just hastily stacked together making it hard to find anything. The service is nothing special, takes forever to get feeder insects. The condition the animals are kept in is minimal at best. Will not be going back unless I have no choice
