They worked on my engagement ring and did a phenomenal job. The band was too thick on the sides and it would kind of hurt my fingers after wearing it too long, but I was super nervous to have it worked on. It came out perfect, though! I am very happy with it.

Absolutely the best customer service there is. My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and have continued to come back. Raza is the one we usually ask for. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking to buy jewelry. It doesn’t get better than Lee Michael’s. Their selections and service are second to none. Lee Michaels is a great store for high end watches and jewelry.
I am a watch fanatic. I like all kinds, but my favorite are Swiss made mechanical watches. On my recent trip to the Mall of America, I went to nearly every jewelry store in the place, but Lee Michaels was the best by far.
The first thing Lee Michaels has going for them is that they carry the best brands. Other jewelry store carry only Japanese brands or at most, Movado. There is nothing wrong with those brands and they do make some great watches, but Lee Michaels sells the top brands. They had the entire line of Rolex, Omega and even had some Patek Philippe models.
The staff were incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. My sales associate happily showed me model after model of watch. She knew specifics that only a true watch aficionado would know. While she did try to sell me a watch, she was not overly pushy. She was by far one of the most professional retail workers I have ever dealt with.
If you are in the market for a high end watch or other jewelry, I strongly recommend this Lee Michaels.
