I was in this store yesterday and had a wonderful shopping experience! One of the sales women did everything to give me the greatest service.
I was in the dressing room with my first round of clothes, but I was struggling with the fit of some trousers. I told her I was looking for pants for interviews and they needed to work with a specific blazer I also had in the dressing room. She knew the J. Crew line very well and brought me options tailored not only for my shape but also considering the blazer material and color.
Her help didn’t stop there! She was quick and intelligent when she rang up the purchases. I happened to be in the store during a 30% off sale, but my jacket was not eligible for discount. She was smart enough to ring up everything else with the 30% and even added my college discount of 15% to the blazer!
I only wish I knew her name! Thanks to the woman with the cute, brown bobbed hair.

Don’t remember j. crew being so pricey when I used to peruse their catalogs. They have some pretty cool men’s clothes, and my wife made a beeline to start a changing room before I even reaches said men’s selection. But, I just don’t know if the quality equals the prices.
