This place may be large a can suit a variety of shipping needs, but if you’re looking for customer service and cheap prices, this is NOT the place to go. A friendly greeting would be nice. A greeting period would be nice. Certainly not compassionate when you realize you package isn’t prepaid return, and don’t expect them to find the cheapest way to send back. I don’t recommend.

Denham Springs, LA
Not to be compared to UPS, or even USPS. FedEx is definitely a lower caliber organization with low skilled employees, customer service from Bangladesh and delivery drivers that lack the work ethic required for their chosen profession. I will choose any option other than FedEx when it exists.
