Unfortunately this B-Dubs is back to normal. Sometimes it’s awesome, sometimes we wish we hadn’t gone. One bright spot is a bartender named Caleb, he’s been great every time we’ve gone. The place itself is just inconsistent.

Horrible service we ordered and it took over 45 mins for our food to come out and the chicken was cold then we asked for refills more then twice and the waiter told us he will bring out the drinks and we are still waiting for our drinks…

I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Lafayette many times and have always had at least decent service. My first experience in Baton Rouge was anything but good. Waited at the front for 5 minutes without being greeted. After walking to the bar area and seeing empty tables everywhere I asked if it was open seating at the bar tables and was told yes but it is going to be a while before someone gets to you. The manager then continued his conversation with a table of what appeared to be friends. Overall, from my limited experience, the restaurant leaves much to be desired. As for the food, I wouldn’t know. I left before looking at a menu.

Just had my first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings on Valentine’s Day at 5:30 pm. I hope all of their franchises aren’t run as poorly as this one in Baton Rouge. First of all I was amazed the waitress tried to sit me at a dirty table when there were several clean tables available. While waiting to have someone take my drink order I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the floors were. Also, it was clear by looking at the body language of the wait staff in my area that they couldn’t wait for quitting time to get there. Absolutely no hurry to get to their customers. First impressions are important. I will not be going back to this restaurant.

I’ve been ordering BWW on Bluebonnet occasionally on Mondays for the last few years because they typically have decent wings & it’s not too far from my office. Today I ordered my usual boneless honey bbq wings. I just got back to the office & the first thing I noticed when I opend the box was that the wings look different, almost like the Tyson frozen chicken nuggets you can buy at any grocery store. I didn’t think much of it & figured they had just changed up their boneless wings or something. So I take a bite into the first one and it tasted exactly like these fricking frozen, rubbery ass nuggets that I used to eat as a kid. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with a manager. He admitted that they ran out of boneless wings, that one of the BWW employees went to the grocery store and purchased frozen chicken nuggets and that they were selling them as their own boneless wings. He apologized and said that it never should have happened, but that whomever took my order should have let me know when I ordered that I was buying frozen chicken nuggets.

Staff at carry out always pleasant Bartender always awesome In the kitchen waitresses twerking Stick to wings, appetizers are a joke for $ 6-$ 7. Cheese curds were batter balls with no cheese I could find $ 1 per mini corn dog? Last straw. Complete joke I don’t know how they stay in business Lunatics running the asylum with the cheapest frozen garbage management can throw into a deep fryer for 50 cents and charge $ 6 Won’t be back.

If I could give buffalo wild less stars I would. This is the most unprofessional eating establishment I have ever been to. Not only was the food terrible the service was horrid. Then to top it off I left my debit card there. I called twice to find out if it was still there and they didn’t call me back. I left my number twice and still nothing. This place is horrible with even worse customer service and subpar food

I’ll start off by saying I love BDubs. But I will NEVER set foot in this one again. Went in mid day, got seated immediately. And then after 15 minutes or so of watching staff walk around I asked if we could get helped(heck at least say hi and take our drink order). Nope just got a glare, so we waited another five minutes or so and left. And so did the table that was sat about ten minutes after us… pathetic

I really like Buffalo Wild Wings’ wings so we have really tried to shrug off our first few experiences at this particular location. After the 4th or 5th time we have given them a chance to redeem themselves we have decided we will never go there again. The first few times we went the service was downright horrible and the server forgot to put in our food. She never came and checked on us and when I went to the restroom she was in there sitting on the counter texting. When we brought it to the managers attention the servers behavior went from bad to worse and mean mugged us until we walked out the door. The last few times we have ordered to go to avoid the atmosphere. Tonight when my wife was told she wouldn’t be able to have what she ordered cause it was Tuesday, my wife simply stated that she has never had a problem before and the person who took the food order proceeded to argue with her until finally the manager took over the conversation. When we picked up our order they didn’t know what we ordered and the servers proceeded to talk about my wife in front of her face, having the audacity to insult while she checked and made sure our order was correct. This is unacceptable behavior and we will never return. Ever. Shame on you BWW for repeatedly condoning this as acceptable behavior from your staff.

Great food, great service, great beer selection, and the best wings in town. Awesome place to watch any sporting event– entertainment for kids 10 and up if you didn’t want to be bothered with them! Mango Habanero is the best wing sauce!

This place is always understaffed at the bar. I love BWW and have been to over 30BWW locations and the one on Bluebonnet is terribly slow. We waited 20 minutes for our beers and almost an hour for our food this time. We had to ask the bartender to go check on our food. The food was good once the order was correctly brought out. But we did observe the bartender holding tickets with his mouth then sticking them on customer’s glasses. I really don’t want his mouth germs on my glass. No thank you.

This is the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant before. I have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings and the atmosphere but this place is terrible. We waited 20 minutes before anyone took our drink order and after our server forgot to place our order we waited for an hour to get food. After when we asked to speak to the manager nobody came

I met a group of friends here the other night for a social event. It’s an almost perfect place to meet in groups large or small to get together, socialize, have a few drinks and watch one or several games. The place consists of two large areas with plenty of tables and televisions about to watch the sporting events of your choice. The only problem is with the food. When I arrived, a member of my party told me that she had to send her sandwich back because when she bit into it, it was cold in the middle like it hadn’t been cooked all the way. I didn’t think anything of it until my food arived, which was a small order of boneless chcken wings. Didn’t even have to take a bite, just putting it to my mouth revealed that they were colder than room temperature. Either they had been sitting out for a while or had been frozen and not cooked enough. Sorry guys, if what you serve is part of the name of your busness, it should be served and cooked to perfection and that’s all I have to say about that. It’s for that reason alone that I can’t even give this place an average rating. Go there to enjoy the game, drink(there’s lots of beers to choose from) and spend time with your people. Don’t be fooled by the different types of sauces and flavors that you can choose for you wings. If you want good wings, go to Hooters! To his credit, the waiter was very nice when I told him to take the wings back and just take that order off my check. I got the impression it happens all the time.

A friend and I came here on the 65 cent wing night and ordered 24 wings each. Our waiter asked us if we wanted celery and we said yes. We never got the celery. The meal is now over and he gives us the bill and he apologizes for forgetting the celery and wants to take it off, but since we already have the damn bill in front of us and we’re ready to leave we just say whatever. I only vaguely remember the last time I went to a wing place and I don’t remember them charging me for celery. Anyways at that time it didn’t really matter but come one day after I regretted not lashing out about the forgotten celery. Think about it, I downed 24 wings that day and didn’t have an ounce of fiber at any point throughout the meal. Yeah, the following day sucked. I don’t know how he forgot when the 7 waiters/waitresses that were available at the marginally empty restaurant were just standing around chatting with each other but hey, it is what it is. Also, don’t get the cheesecake bites because they’re a rip off. I’m used to the ones at Fro-yo shops that still have that cheesecake taste to it, not the ones here that taste like fried solidified milk(bland, is what I’m trying to say). I never had garlic parmesan served wet-style. Always dry and crispy at other places. Maybe it’s their style. Still not my thing though. I got asian zing and mango habenero as well and they’re alright. 5/10, would hesitantly come again if someone paid for me.

Went here Friday night(8⁄14) because we were feeling some wings with a variety of sauces. Walked in the door and was told there would be a 35 minuite wait. After looking around the restaurant and seeing that half of the tables up front were empty and what you could see of the bar area was also empty. I said, «Thats a pretty long wait for having empty tables,» to which the hostess responds, «well the kitchen is backed up with a lot of orders so we aren’t seating anybody.» We turned right around and walked out and went to the Highland location.

I travel. This is generally my safe haven to catch a game. They are generally consistently decent all over the country. My visit to this location was shockingly bad across the board. The server who sat us wandered aimlessly for several minutes before finally dropping menus on the darkest table in the place. Sorry we interrupted your texting time. The waiter was constantly confused and got every order wrong. He had to be waved down for refills and couldn’t be bothered to ask about celery or dressings. The food took 30 minutes(the place was almost empty) and was well below the standards I am accustomed to at other BWW. The corn dog pups my son ordered had 4 in the basket. Usually we get 8 – 10. My mango habenero was almost without sauce and my wife had to ask twice to get her salad dressing. Incredibly substandard for a traditionally reliable chain.

The first hint that this was a bad idea was when at 1:30 the restaurant was half empty yet it took 10 minutes or more for the two hostesses, and I use this term very generously, to decide where to seat us. During this time neither looked up at us and one actually appeared to take a brief nap by putting her head down on the hostess stand for a few minutes. Then after what must have been an exhausting decision we were shown to our table. This was my first time at «B-Dubs» as it markets itself and it was chosen as a quick option after the movies. The place was dirty with grimy carpet and restrooms without soap. After sitting again in a half empty restaurant with no one approaching us even say I’ll be right back or anything we left. I’m happy with this decision as from what I could tell from the initial experience we made the right decision and we headed down the road to Bistro Bryonz.

We normally order to-go. We dined-in the night the of the LSU/Auburn game. The food tasted good and met my expectations, but the service wasn’t great at all. The host with the red hair was really rude when I politely asked if she knew approximately how long the wait would be. I only saw one employee smile the whole time. I understand it was busy, but please train your employees on customer service basics.
