Coupons Coupons Coupons! If you buy anything here without a coupon, well, you’re just plum crazy. They’re ubiquitous. They’re the titular reason for BBB’s existence. Find them in the mail, find them in the newspaper (that’s a thing people used to read for news), find them online. They never expire! So that means, if you find an old and tattered 20% off’er, USE IT. Those are the Holy Grail of BBB coups now. They are scaling down their offers and 20% off is going the way of the DoDo (kids, that was a goofy looking, but pretty, bird that man drove to extinction in the 1600’s). Regardless of which coupon, just make sure you have one.
This store is just about like all the rest. It’s a monster corporate chain so everything is always in the same place. I’ve not met anyone working here that made me feel strongly in any way. I guess that’s good. Or not. I don’t know.

Bad customer service by sales cashier. When paying, I asked for a coupon as the person in front of me was given one. I was denied a coupon as the cashier said she gave the last one to the person in front of me. I saw many coupons on the side of her register. I often go to this store but I will re think going to this store. Sales cashier left a bad taste. Not friendly nor helpful with coupons.

I love this place. They have such a huge inventory that it’s a little overwhelming but in a good way! I’m getting married in May and my fiancé and I are using Bed Bath and Beyond for our wedding registry. Every time we go in there, everyone is so helpful and kind. I definitely recommend using them for your registry! They have just an amazing selection!
