Treated Rudely Every Single Time i stop in. I need the Miele vacuum bags and they carry them but the ladies that work there are so Awful and Cold. I have spent a lot of money at the establishment too !

I forgot to go back and add the continuation of ridiculousness.
After arguing with them for several weeks about the defective item, they eventually aggreed to have it replaced if i ship back at my expense. (seriously!) and because it was so expensive and i was out the money as i had a not working device, i agreed… figuring a few more bucks in shipping might at least get me a working item.
I know. The fac tthat i even thought optimistically is close to clinical insanity.
So the replacement shows up late (go fugre). I try to ise it and it works for less then five minutes.

I went off on the company as many ways as possible. They sent me not one but two deffective items, had me pay to ship both (twice), amd still refused to return or refund. I dont know how companies like this stay in business, do you?
