Excellent customer service. We drove up from NOLA after a miserable customer service experience with the dealership down there. I will continue to make the hour and a half drive to get my car taken car of here… I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Their level of professionalism exceeds my expectations. Kudos to the management and employees.

Worst dealership ever! I will not bring my car there anymore, and certainly never plan on buying one from there. Horrible customer service and they still have not fixed my car after 3 attempts. They drove my car until it was on empty and the gas light was on, after I replaced their gas in the loaner car. They even returned my car to me with a fresh new crack in the windshield that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I paid out of pocket for services after a car wreck that insurance denied based on volvo’s report. Because these were safety issues, I thought I had no choice but to pay to fix it. Now hundreds and hundreds of dollars later it is still NOT fixed and it was returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off!
