Tiffany Li Nail Spa

Don’t waste your time coming here for gel nail manicure. I came here for the first time for gel nails after a day one chipped. The third day second nail got chipped. I always thought that maybe because I got an unexperienced lady my gel nails got chipped. I went back there and I had all my nails done again with Tiffany for free. I went home satisfied thinking that I would have my gel nails lasting for weeks like it usually happens when I went to another more expensive nail salon. Four days later, I was so disappointed and I would never go back to Tiffany since my nails started to chip again.

Before the management changed, I got a manicure here and it chipped within a day. I swore I would never come back to this place because of the quality. Just recently, about two months ago, my girlfriend told me to try this place again because the management have changed.
Since then, I have been coming here to get color gel. Tiffany’s Nail Spa have got many more gel color additions. They still have 20% off their services. The color gel is $ 19 for now. I’m not sure when the «grand opening» discount lasts for.
Tiffany is my manicurist. One time, my gel nails chipped in 2 days. I went back and Tiffany did two of my nails over and didn’t charge me. According to their policy, if nails are damaged or chipped within three days of service, they allow you to come back to get them fixed for free. I still gave Tiffany tips, even though they weren’t my fault that they chipped. The gel nails usually last me about 2 weeks, which is normally how long they last for.
With the wide variety of gel colors to choose from, I have a hard time picking a color. The drying machines for gel nails is quick as well and new. The drying time is a couple of seconds per finger… I love the new machines!

The first time I went in the salon was empty and Tiffany herself waxed my eyebrows perfectly. But this is one of those salons that they try to get you to do multiple things. So as I was paying she commented on my already manicured nails saying she could do better. Last Saturday I went in for a regular manicure because it was way too cold to go to my usual spot. It had been about 3 weeks since I had my eyebrows waxed so I did that as well. Amy did both my manicure and my eyebrows. She did a horrible job on my eyebrows and left me with stray hairs. When she did my manicure I showed her a simple picture of a nude nail with a pink heart. She couldn’t find a color for nude so she picked a clear then used a bright hot pink color for the so called heart. The heart ended up looking like a fox or something. She had no clue what she was doing. I ended up going back and having someone else reaping my nails the hot pink she used for the stupid heart. They chipped in 2 days. By Friday one of my nails broke down the middle. And all of my usually strong nails have weakened.
2 stars because Tiffany herself did an awesome job on my eyebrows & they did last 3 weeks.
