Never had an issue here. My parents always shop and have their furniture repaired here. Great service and fast turn around times too.

Had a recliner repaired there and it took them 3 weeks. Since it took them that long to repair it, I asked Mr. Wortzman if he could do anything about giving me a break on the labor cost. His answer was, «they had to charge me for labor because it was the manufacturer’s fault for the delay. Obviously money is the only thing that matters and not good customer service so people will return. I wouldnt but a paper clip from this place!!!
