So looking around Batavia, NY this looks like a promising place. I assure you it’s not. I had the displeasure of living there for 2 years and for that time dealt with a leaky roof, toilet and more.
I called to have these things fixed and what did I end up with? A leaky roof and a hole in the wall! Their management and maintenance groups are a joke. If it snows plan on digging yourself out as the plows (if they come) are midday so good luck if you are a 9−5er.
In short, if you find an apartment not in need of repair and it doesn’t snow… Then here’s your place. If not, look else where.
