These guys were recommended by a neighbor of ours that owns a commercial HVAC company, who is very particular about a job well done. So, when we called, we had hi expectations and were not disappointed. We had no heat and they came out right away. When I called, they were very friendly and the person that came out was also very nice and professional. He showed me what was going on and fixed a few little things I did not see that would have led to other issues. We got on their quarterly maintenance plan and did not feel like it was unreasonably priced. If you want to do business with nice people that are friendly and trustworthy, give them a call.

If you love to feel like a company is doing you a favor by providing service … that you are paying for. Try these guys! Do you hate your money, and want to spend too much on a new furnace and air conditioner? State automatic has you covered! Want to wait around all day, just to have an appointment canceled, then re scheduled for a week later? These guys can make sure that happens! If you like being interrupted frequently while you try to order service, they got you covered there too! These guys promise a lot, deliver little and quoted me 12k to replace my furnace and ac unit, when I got more efficient models than what they were quoting… for less than half! Angie answers the phone, and she could care less about you or doing a good job which makes my skin crawl. I am the one feeling guilty for interrupting her day to set up a service appointment? Yikes

I would highly recommend Pops from State Automatic, they are knowledgable, professional and I will continue to use them in the future.

On time and have used them for two years now on three houses. With the recent severe heat wave they called to reschedule my maintenance so they could take care of emergency calls-I think that is pretty good service and proactive thinking-did a good job-no complaints. Tech went to change my filter but was still clean so he just left a new one off to the side-good thinking-many would of just replaced it and charged with throwing out the one I had in there. Keep up the good job. Family company too :)
