We had to stop after driving for hours and took the first place we came across, but gotta say having a hot tub makes it that much sweeter !!
This hotel was very clean and also offer a mini breakfast in the morning, making your own waffles machine was so amazingly good !!
Thanks for making driving half way across the state easy !!

Rooms clean and comfortable, however, I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned or touched between my first and second night. Unimpressed.

We checked in after midnight after driving for hours in the outskirts of tropical storm andrea. We chose this place from the choice of at least 5 hotels, motels on this highway exit because I’m a rewards member and best westerns are fairly solid.
we didn’t say. Alot of the amenities, but our room was clean and had a nice window bench with extra drawers underneath, which would have been really helpful if we were using the room for more than just a night to crash. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful.
the shower had Pantene shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels, although they weren’t too luxe.

Good location. Clean. Good service. Rooms a bit small and a bit pricey. Staff polite and very helpful. Free breakfast that includes bagels, cereal, toast, waffles and the customary artificial eggs and sausage patties.
The pool and hot tub were a blessing after a long day driving.

While driving from Chicago to New York, we decided to cruise through Canana and stop to sleep somewhere near Niagara Falls. The Best Western in Batavia was an inexpensive yet quality choice. The room was huge, clean and cozy, and the bed was heavenly.
The main purpose of my review is to compliment the staff. I left my precious pillow in the room and was super bummed because it was the beggining of the trip. Not only did they call my boyfriend’s phone to let us know I left it there, they shipped it to me in Chicago for free!
