After my daughter’s dentist recommended braces ASAP for her, we were able to get in to Bastrop Orthodontics (a branch of Ortho 360). The staff was wonderful! Furthermore, the treatment plan turned out to be far less expensive than we thought and their financial consultant, Regina, did a great job with the financial aspect of working with our insurance, etc. We were able to get her braces on the day we did our consult– sooner on, sooner off!
Better yet, they have offices in Round Rock and Austin. I was able to immediately get a loose bracket fixed on my daughter’s teeth in Round Rock where I happened to be running errands. I really appreciate this staff for all their help and friendliness. I know my child is in good hands.
