Car was clean. Driver arrived a few minutes late because of confusing street signs. He did not have my cell number, nor I his. We made good time getting into NYC. Also, when the price was quoted, the scheduler did not explain that the tolls would be extra. However because the price was so reasonable, the tolls just brought it into line with other companies. I would recommend asking more questions of the scheduler.
