When I arrived, I didn’t even know where to go for check in. I had to ask people in the parking lot. The check in was quick but soon found out there are MANY hotels to stay at, they told me I was to drive to Heron 1. Since I was visiting, I had no clue how to find the place, it was very confusing to me. Before I went to my room, MIGEL at the check in counter lied to me, told me I can get a free buffet lunch tomorrow if I reserve with$ 20 and all I would have to do is review the resort. I asked MIGEL «this not a time share is it?» He assured me it wasn’t and that I’ll be given my $ 20 back with $ 55 extra just to review the resort and I had my son beside me as a witness. He LIED and I was told that «that’s our marketing» I was already in the car of the man telling me about time share. I was stuck. I decided to make the best of it because I couldn’t go anywhere. After 3 ½ LONG TEDIOUS hours, the ending was the worst! Sitting in a big room filled with people, it was like a loud cafeteria! I basically told them, «do you think I’ll ever come here again? Do you think I’m interested in listening to liars, I can’t wait to never see the looks of you again!» How does anyone ever get sucked into timeshare I’ll never know, a waste of time & money, poor souls!
