I’ve been a customer for over 10+ years & use to love love coming here. No more! Service has been inconsistent & making an appointment doesn’t mean you’ll start when scheduled. Had a gel manicure by owner Holly(not my usual nail tech). Gel polish was majorly peeling up right at a little over a week and not just a finger or two. Went in to have her redo them & was told I would have to drive to their other location«Lantana Nail & Spa» after tech called Holly(the owner). What??? Drive to the other location? Not convenient & I told her that! Nail tech felt terrible, but was told she would have to charge if she redid Holly’s shoddy job. Last time I’ll step foot in here. This is how a long standing customer is treated. No thanks! Done.

First and last time, Never again. Too many things went wrong here. Walked in for mani/pedi and specifically told the front desk gentleman a regular mani/pedi and that I’d prefer to start with the mani. I picked a neutral color out of an ok selection(first clue that I should have left: couple of OPI nail polish heavily mixed with tons no name brands) I asked the girl who started my manicure to please just file my(natural) nail a bit and square. Well, she butchered them… first she filed them crooked, after I made her aware she tried again(emphasis on tried) and started to talking in her native language to her colleague who had started on my feet(plain rude and very obvious that she was speaking negatively about me). I asked her to please stop since now they were crooked, short and not square. She continued to cut my cuticles… and cut me. That’s where it ended for me. I asked(still politely) to please stop and that it just doesn’t work for me and reached out to the manager asking him to please provide someone else to finish the job. Meanwhile the other technician was almost done with my feet. I waited and waited and no other technician came. When I asked the manager again the technician who had been working on my feet told me that she would finish the job… GREAT, especially since I had specifically asked to please do my mani first. Tina(the name of my technician who ended up doing everything) finished all jobs, did a decent paint job with a globby nail polish in which she had to put tons of thinner in(my own fault, apparently it is my job to verify first if the nailpolish is old or not before choosing it). Well, already irritated I walk up to pay and SURPRISE! I am being charged for a spa pedicure that I had never requested in the first place. Sorry, but I would have given this place 0 stars if I could, please drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a salon that has trained technicians, good selection of nail polish which is not filled with thinner galore and where the front desk staff actually listen. Oh and last but not least, the restroom didn’t have any soap to wash my hands after using the facilities… a total confidence builder in cleanliness. This place is mediocre.

New to the area and found this salon and tried it out. Nathan did my shellac gel nails and he was really articulate about how he does it. It’s been 3 weeks and haven’t chipped. They also do great spa pedicures

It’s with a heavy heart that I leave this bad review for my favorite nail salon. The nail technicians are always very sweet and very nice but they’ve hurt me for the last time. Several times I’ve left with bleeding cuticles but today my nail was partially ripped off when removing an acrylic nail that had lifted. It’s a deep cut and bled and bled. It will take months for the remaining nail to grow out. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough because I was trying so hard not to cry. I stopped getting pedicures there months ago because they kept giving me a fungus but this was the last straw. I will never go back.

Called ahead. I was quoted a price of 60 $ for a gel mani pedi. The gel pedi consisted of just painting my toenails unless I added $ 29 to get what I consider a pedicure. Isnt the definition of a pedicure soaking feet, cleaning cuticles on toes, cutting and shaping toenails and then painting toenails? They did that to my fingernails.

i used to come here to get my manis/pedis on a regular basis but now i just can’t find the time to do it as much as i would like anymore. everyone here does a wonderful job. the ladies do a great job waxing and shaping my eyebrows. i don’t know everyone’s american names but there is a lady name thanh there that does a really good job with eyebrow waxing and she makes it painless! i usually get my nails done by helen or le(i don’t know her american name). it really doesn’t matter who you ask for because all of them have given me manis/pedis and waxed my eyebrows. it’s a long drive for me but when if i’m in the area i will definitely stop by and see all of them again.
