Mostly take out. The service is fast and friendly. The dishes and combos are very good.

It may be that Ming’s is one of the few restaurants left in Barton, but one gets the feeling that they may be a bit over confident where cleanliness is concerned. I am not an eat-​off-​the-​floor type but I do like it swept, and flies are not my favorite dining companions.
This is puzzling as the staff is polite and seems efficient. It may be that cleaning up is not a big priority.
On the plus side, the prices are reasonable and the portions are large. I don’t think I’ve ever failed to take home enough for another meal and one time, I actually got three meals (one in the restaurant and two more later at home) from one serving.
