Terrible customer service at this Walmart auto and lube center! Do NOT waste your time here!
After I waited around for 1.5 hrs, they told me they don’t provide the service, the same service that’s posted on their wall in clear print. All the employees make you feel unwanted at that place with their diva like attitude and rudeness.
The only nice and decent person who really wanted to help me was Jimmy, thanks to him! I just hope he’ll find some other auto shop to work at, because this place doesn’t deserve him.

I’m going to look for a different discount place to go to. This place tends to run low or completely out of stock, and service here is what you feel like you’re doing the employees/​manager by shopping here.
Got what I need at good prices (yay wal-​mart), find one of the 10% of cashiers with a light on (yes, it was on) and get in line. Person in front of me checks out, the cashier turns off his light and tells me «Sir, I’m closed.» Why not tell me that before I put my stuff on the conveyor, or turn your light off when you start checking out your last customer?
So, I go through another cashier and go home. The next day, I go to use the deodorant I purchased and the safety cap was missing and it had been used. Naturally, I ask my wife (just to be sure) if she used it, she says no, and I reply, «Well someone at Wal-​mart did.»
Not coming back.

Last month we ordered a table for pickup online. We opted to pay at the store. For the first and only time even though we had placed the order through my girlfriend’s account, I used my credit card to make the purchase (in store) instead of hers.
Some time later over a thousand dollars in
orders became charged to my credit card, placed from an Arkansas location. Using her account — even though I had never used this card on her computer.
Do NOT give your credit card to the in store pickup unless you want to become a victim of CC fraud.

The restroom was the most disgusting bathroom i have ever been in. All of the toilets were clogged and overflowing. There was no soap or warm water to wash your hands. This store never has had clean restrooms since I have shopped here and the toilets are always clogged but this time it was really bad!!! Complaining to the store manager has made no changes. I asked the GM how the employees wash their hands with no soap or warm water. She didn’t have an answer nor did she seem to care. Think about this next time you buy food here.

Always have what I need. They could use more cashiers. Employees are usually really friendly. They could do a better job at keeping the shelves more organized.

There is always a long line. No matter when you go you wait. Even the middle of the night. The self checkouts are always broken or restricted. The thing this store has going for it is it is open 24 hours. But going at night is a pain cause the workers are stocking and act like you are in their way.
I used to be a loyal Walmart customer because I thought Target was more expensive. I found all the ways I can save money at Target and the quality difference not to mention the customer service and parking difference at Target, I have switched over.

After comparing side by side TVs for about an hour I finally chose to go with the tv for 50 dollars cheaper not because of price but the quality of the stand was a lot more durable so I asked for that tv and was taken to the aisle and was given a box with the same price and information as the sale price on the tv however the tv pictured on the box didn’t look like the same tv so I went back and compared the shelf tag to the box and it was dead on. I still wasn’t convinced so I broke the rules a bit and opened the box and I’m very glad I did come to find out the tv in the box was a cheaper built tv. An associate caught me and said in a very «you’re busted» tone can I help you sir! I said as a matter of fact you can I said this isn’t the tv your advertising. He said what do you mean I opened the box and showed him the tv he said I see what your saying but you shouldn’t open the box I said if I didn’t I would have gotten scammed he said sir we aren’t in the business to scam anyone I said well that’s what your doing. So I took him to the display and showed him and he said sir your right do you want me to get a manager I said I sure do. After about 10 minutes Jon the box nazi Shannon the manager and another lady came out of the back and the manager says sir what’s the problem I explained the whole thing to her and told her that’s false advertising she stopped me and said no it’s not. I said then how come that tv with that price isn’t the one in the box that has that price and name on it. She said lets see. Long story not so long they don’t sell the tv that they have on display and can’t even order it although the associates assured me it was the one in the box She said well I’m sorry they told you that but what do you want I said I wanted that tv for that price and she said we don’t have that tv I said then take these tags down and I pulled the tags off and handed them to her and take this tv down she said I’m not taking anything down… I told her I bet you do I bet I come in here next week and that tv isn’t up there anymore. Then I walked out like a boss. I got pictures of the tv with the price I’ll post them too

This WalMarts Auto Service is the worst in the world. It took them 5 hrs to put 4 new tires on even though I was told I only had one car in front of me. They have a very effective check in lady Theresa but she’s rude and barks at you if she has to explain anything. The guys in the shop stand and complain about how much work they have to do especially Dakota he stops working every 10 minutes to complain. The mgr Mario? Didn’t even say Hi much less apologize for their complete lack of competency.

I rarely go here but went tonight although the coffee maker my husband wanted was out of stock. Lines were 50 carts deep — I was glad to get out of there with nothing as it would have taken 3 – 4 hours to check out.
He ordered online and saved $ 12 and no shipping. Fa la la.

The location is by far the best location to shop in the surrounding city of Memphis. They are always stocked with items. The have U-​scan and always prepared with cashiers available. I literally drive 20 + minutes out of my way just to come to this location because I never have an issue.

This Walmart has the rudest staff in the photo dept. ever. I know Walmart isn’t know for service but this place is the worst. I ordered some prinst to pick up in store and was that ever a mistake. One photo employee blew me off and dashed through a door saying she was «going on break» and left me standing there. Another employee came out and when I asked her for help told me, ‘I’m going on lunch” and went through the same door. By the way it was after 2:00 PM. When an employee finally did give me my order it was wrong-​the photos were all too dark and I was told, «That;s how you sent them on the computer.» In other words «too bad-​so sad». I did complain and the manager gave me a refund but really do people need to go through this. I had to redo the order the next day and sent it for pick up to another Walmart in AR where the staff are nice and friendly. I will NOT be going to HYW 64 Walmart ever again for anything now.

I generally enjoy Walmart unless I need to find a shop assistant to help me… and then it usually becomes torturous. This particular Walmart is always busy but generally well stocked and maintained.
1 star for this place though since my wife was injured whilst shopping. Four months pregnant she slipped on a puddle that had been left outside the bathrooms and damaged her leg. The staff were unhelpful, failed to even find her a chair and were more interested in just standing around and staring than ensuring she was ok. Poor customer service usually starts from the management downwards and in this case, from our experience with the store management, it is hard to see why the rest of the staff are lacking motivation and the bare basics of customer service.

I really like Wal-​Mart. I know that many people think that it’s the devil and all of that, but I have to say that I really like saving money.
Really. And, I will also write that I hear the Wal-​Mart folks singing their chants happily in the back, so whatever evil is going on is pretty well-​camouflaged.
That aside — what great deals! You can find great deals on clothes — I love picking up their tank tops for $ 5. Super-​cute and they fit just as well as GAP clothes.
You can also get toiletries for much cheaper than the drugstore. I’ve purchased my beloved Tom’s deodorant for a buck cheaper there.
