Avoid… avoid…avoid. This is an organization that does not have your best interests in mind. I was directly lied to about work that was supposedly done. They charged my credit card without authorization. They lied to our tenants and proved grossly unprepared or knowledgeable about the most basic municipal codes. Quite simply, anything they touched with my rental property, went badly because of their incompetence. They didn’t have the right rent amount on our lease agreement. They didn’t properly submit paperwork to the court when our tenants didn’t pay rent. I had to request they put in a required smoke detector 3 times! Don’t even get me started on the rehab work. I am embarrassed to admit I was silly enough to use this company. I actually « Unilocaled» this company before using them, they weren’t reviewed… so I though I should tell other Unilocalers about my experience. Unfortunately, not good at all.
