First Class Cleaners

First Class Cleaners are first class in our family! Three years. We’ve been going here for three years already!
Basically I remember walking in the front door once. A pretty non-​descript cleaners. Now, we use the drive thru service. You heard that right… they have a drive thru service and we use it every time! Dropping off and picking up. It’s fabulous!
So here’s why First Class Cleaners gets that fifth star from me. It’s Easter weekend and my son is being confirmed. We had dropped a dress shirt off to be cleaned and pressed for him. On the day of his confirmation, I drive up to pick up his shirt and hand over my debit card. Oops! We were not over the minimum limit to use the debit card. The owner pleasantly handed over the shirt anyhow and wished me a happy day. Fast forward about three weeks when I’m back to pick up one shirt and this time I’m prepared with cash. I pay for the one and offer to pay for the previous shirt. No worries. That’s classy. I didn’t expect that, but I sure did appreciate it. I don’t often carry any cash at all for you would-​be thieves out there. But I had my $ 2 ready to go that time.
So bring cash for those small pick ups and use the drive thru. Those are my words of wisdom to you.

I have been going here for years and found them to be very good, reliable, and HONEST. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for two years now. The prices are definitely more than a place like CD One Price Cleaners, but comparable to other cleaners I have gone to.
My items get an excellent cleaning every time. And the owner is always friendly and remembers your name.

WAAAAYYY over priced and they do not take responsibility for damaged clothing.
On several occasions I have dropped off clothes to be cleaned because they are so close to my house, and I’ve been given the receipt and the lady tries to jack up the prices on me. I’ve gotten in many arguments with the owner about her scamming me like that. She’ll give me a receipt for $ 20 for 4 articles of clothing and when I pick them up it’s $ 25. That is absurd!
The last straw with them was I dropped off a very expensive down jacket of mine that had a rhinestone zipper, when I got it back the zipper pull was broken. I marched right back in and told her that my zipper was not damaged like this when I dropped it off two days ago because I literally took it right off my body to give to her. and she told me there was nothing in the washer they put it in. I was furious!!! I demanded that she fix it at no cost to me or I was going to report her to the Better Business Bureau. She told me there was nothing she could do but replace the whole zipper and that could take months for her to find a zipper like the one I had. I didn’t care, I wanted it fixed. It has been 1 full year since I dropped that jacket off and she STILL has not found a zipper to replace the one that was damaged, and when I asked for my jacket back she told me it was at her house and she will bring it for me to pick up tomorrow. I’m getting that jacket back and reporting her to the Better Business Bureau.
