This place is convenient and clean; I have been a member for 5 years. The people there are helpful and very nice. They try to do different things and stay updated, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not but I appreciate the effort.
Recently they have done some remodeling that has updated its look. Now they are doing new carpet and other updates. I have and will recommend this place to anyone that wants a good, clean efficient place to work out.

Just cancelled my membership to go to another Gym. The facility itself is pretty nice. It was never really that busy there, but I had issues with some machinery and treadmills not working properly. Staff is either very nice or not caring at all. I asked the same guy at least 3 times about getting the tv on the treadmill fixed. When you run the TV would bounce back and forth and make noise. It merely needs to be tightened. Every time he would say Ill let them know… Guess he was too busy to let them know because they never got fixed. When I went into cancel, they did not seem at all surprised or cared that I was leaving. I would have expected him to ask why or if there is anything they can do to change my mind etc etc. I got nothing more than fill out this form and your billing date is XX XX XX you have one month left. Guess they have enough members…

I’ve been going to Anytime Fitness in Bartlett for 2 months now and the staff there is very helpful and courteous. The facility is always clean and weights are always stacked.
