Buyer Beware!
I ordered $ 100 of groundcover plants which came three weeks late and only after I called to inquire about the delivery status. They looked dead when they arrived, but never having ordered from TN I planted them anyway. (There were no planting instructions.) I emailed them with questions per their preferred way of contacting them and never heard back. When I called, they seemed aggravated by my questions.
Soon afterwards they sent an email with a 15% savings on my next order. I needed more plants, but they did not honor the 15% savings… they said it must be made within a certain time period of the offer… they still refuse to honor it. The plants I planted are dead and they said look at our website about a refund.
I don’t like my chances.
I strongly advise anyone from doing business with this company.
(Too bad I cannot give them zero stars)
