Everything is furry and fuzzy in the UGG world. You’ll be in good hands here if that’s your thing. I’m a fan of the furry and fuzzy UGG style and have owned a variety of their boots over the years. UGGs are comfy, cozy and have always kept my feet nice and toasty. I must have a nostalgic attachment to the UGG brand since I love wearing these even in our ultra mild Las Vegas winters.
I was in the market for new pair and this outlet caught my eye on our drive back to Las Vegas. I asked my husband to make a quick pit stop for some Christmas shopping and he graciously obliged (he’s a good sport).
I really wanted to stop to see if the outlets would offer better pricing than Nordstroms or online. Sadly, the UGG outlet only offers normal retail pricing. There were no huge sales to boast about with Christmas right around the corner. They had a few sale items but I found similar offerings online. The friendly sales associate did direct us to the clearance section in the back of the store that had deep discounts. However, they didn’t offer anything in my size 8. I quickly browsed their selection and realized I wouldn’t be walking out of there with any mind blowing deals.
My hunt continued as I shifted my focus to their sale items. I sampled a few pair and ended up settling on their Bailey Button Boots. I wound up paying roughly $ 155 for the boots and UGG weatherproofing spray with tax. I really wanted a pair for Christmas and settled on the normal retail pricing vs ordering them online. Overall, I ended up walking out with a pair of boots. I was just hoping for an UGG Christmas miracle of savings.

Ugg shoes and boots have always been my all time favorite in comfort and style. There’s something about going to Ugg stores at the start of the Fall season for me. It just brings awesome cool memories of season change and warm clothing.
We walked in and were greeted and assisted right away. Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. She took the time to grab whatever I needed.
I came in to see what new styles they had. For the most part, they had pretty much everything I already had in my closet, but I did need to replace my black tennis (sneaker) shoes that I’ve owned for almost 10 years now. They carried a wide selection of sneakers with various sizes. Being that my feet are on the smaller side, I usually find it difficult finding shoes I like in my size. To my surprise, they had one. I wanted to buy two pairs in a different color, but only got lucky with one in my size.
The price of my sneakers were virtually more affordable than what I paid at the local department store. I was thrilled! Thanks Ugg Australia! You made my day!

I drove from Palmdale once I got the email about the Mini Bailey Bow Corduroy are 30% off. My birthday just passed and I had a 25% coupon also. Once an employee told me I could use my coupon towards the Corduroy deal I was elated!!! I love couponing! I ended up getting 2 pairs for $ 85 each. Basically a BOGO. The ladies that work in there were very friendly. Amazing customer service! They even showed me another deal for my niece I didn’t know about. Some $ 60 boots and with all the discounts applied I got them for $ 25.

I had a great experience at this ugg store. A sales women named becca helped me. she was very helpful and she didnt mind getting me different sizes to get that perfect fit. I also got an extra 25% off for my birthday by becoming an ugg insider. i left with 2 boots and a pair of shoes for only 250.

Super helpful but not any cheaper. I came here looking for a certain pair that I had seen in a different stores mailer. I wanted them, but they were listed as $ 219 in the other stores ad that was mailed to my house and they also mailed me a 20% off any single item. I figured I would go to the UGG outlet and see what I could find and maybe save some money. I was so wrong. The lady who helped me was so nice. She helped me find a few different styles that I likes more than the original ones I wanted.
I told the lady I was shopping for my birthday and she told me that she would give me 25% off any shoe that I wanted to buy. I told her that I was so confused because I seen a few styles that I liked and wanted to try them with different pants. This was a random trip. I didn’t even know that they had an UGG store in Bartsow. She was so nice and took my email and information to email me the coupon.
I loved how clean the store was and how nice it was set up. I was able to find everything that I was looking for and a ton more. The only complaint that I had was that if you are in an outlet mall you should have cheaper prices. I go to the coach store a few stores down and save 75% all the time. I had high hopes when I seen that they had an UGG in this same mall. I was kind of let down that the prices were the standard sticker price, but the employes are wonderful.

Arrived here a half hour before closing with a group, and another group arrived shortly after us. The staff were so friendly and helpful, no effort to rush us but lots of effort to help us find the right sizes, colors, etc. The store is fairly small, but clean, attractive, and well-​organized.
My teenage daughter wanted a type of boot that had just come out recently, and I was surprised that they had them in stock — the styles were all very current, and much of the pricing was very good. She found a pair of boots she liked. I found some sneakers that were marked an extra 40% off, so ended up costing about $ 35 or so. Another member of our group hit the jackpot with three pairs of shoes.
There is a clearance area in the back of the store with a few items, but not much, and then some extra markdowns in the main selling area. The clerk offered an extra 25% if one of us was having a birthday during the month and was willing to sign up for the mailing list — a great deal and nice offer, but we didn’t have any June birthdays in our group.
We stayed a bit past closing time, but the staff was extremely gracious through our whole visit, to us and the other group. I only wish it was close to my house!

We were greeted by staff as soon as we walked in the door, nice start. I had never been to an Ugg outlet and it is the first store I ran to from the car when we reached the Tanger Outlet Mall.
Unheard of in Canada!
I took a look at the array of slippers, women’s and men’s footwear. They had a lot! You may be surprised at how large the store in! Clean too and well organized.
There was a clearance section at the rear of the store and I found my husband a great pair of leather sandals at 50% off the lowest price. So, $ 50, amazing deal for the quality.
I have always been an Ugg fan and have 3 pair of their boots and a pair of slippers that I had to buy on line. Nice to see that the quality lends itself to all kinds of other items in this store.
The aisles are thin when trying something on in the clearance area, you just have to suck it up as the store can get quite busy.
Next time I will buy something for myself, will undoubtedly return.
