We were on our way back from Vegas and we wanted to break for lunch, It was thanksgiving weekend and most of the restaurants in this area were closed, except some of the regular chain restaurants which we were in no mood for. For around 12 $ we got a huge bowl(serves 2) of soup and half and half chow mein and veg fried rice with steamed veggies on the side. We are vegetarians, so these were the only options we had. The soup had egg. The food was palatable but that’s it. The soup was pretty bad. The egg in the soup didn’t look like it was cooked completely, so if you are vegetarian and not used to eating eggs that are not well done, I would ask you to stay away from that soup. The steamed veggies came to our rescue. The restroom here was very clean. Their very economic pricing and the fact that they were open on a day when the whole town was deserted convince me to give them three starts.

Went here a about a year ago, was my first time and totally my last time going. Horrible customer service, the food isn’t that great. I prefer Panda Express.

Love this place I try to come here like once a month, great Chinese food for not being a big name. Orange chicken is the bomb and fried rice always taste fresh. If you haven’t tried it yet make sure to take time to get some good Chinese

There was a cockroach on the counter where the foods served and the woman saw it and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Needless to say I pretended I needed to call my friend to get the order right and then I never went back. I was absolutely disgusted

Very reasonably priced and better tasting than Panda Express(although not by much). I might stop by for a quick bite here on the way to or from Vegas but otherwise I wouldn’t make the trip.

Great food! I have had both the line food and cooked-to-order; both are tasty, although the cooked-to-order is the way to go! Either option is very fast. Definitely the best in Barstow, hands down. My shrimp fried rice was hot and not dry like other restaurants. Shrimp was deveined. I’m a happy customer!

We like their food unlike panda, the orange chicken not spicy hot, but ummm! My hubby has rice, orange chicken, purple pork. Good. Rice is killer & prices are very reasonable.

This is the most amazing Chinese food I have tasted in all my travels, and I have traveled 10 countries and over 20 states(due to military service). The food is always hot and the service is spectacular.

Decent food, cheap. But the Hispanic lady was a bitch! She was talking trash and didn’t think I would understand cause I am not as dark as some other latinas. But guess what I understood, so her and her more Hispanic looking self can kiss my Latina ass!!! And label your food so your customers know what each item is and you can just stand there and scoop my food for me!!!

Great food and very filling. Place is close to the military base and is worth the drive when you are a visitor. Recommend this place to anyone.

This is fast food Chinese. Portions are huge, and one combo for about $ 8 can feed two people. The chicken is definitely chicken, but the pork is questionable at best. Good rice and noodles. Service was quick, and there were plenty of tables. Very kid-friendly, but don’t take your kids for a walk around the strip mall.

Good Chinese fast food(very similar to the other better known«Panda» restaurant). All served take-out style. Portions are large(almost two meals in one). Place is never crowded(most people take their food home). Located in the Stater Bros. shopping center about a mile east of the Barstow Rd exit of the I-15. Large parking lot. Convenient to replenish your needs to continue your trip. I’m just an old(retired) soldier, and everthing tastes good to me, so I’ll leave the determination of the quality and tastiness of the food to you, but I like it!

Panada Palace is the place for me. The food is fine, the service is good. Take out is quick and easy. Quick and easy is what comes to mind when I think of the Panda. Not as commercial as Panda Express, and not supurb quality — just good food you get when you are in a hurry do not want to cook and … you want it now !! Panda Palace meets my needs. They pile on the rice or noodles and two entrees for a cost of $ 5.99. Two meals(dinner and lunch the next day) for a single guy in a hurry for $ 5.99 — what more can you ask. Teriyaki chicken, Chicken and green beans, Chicken and mushrooms, Beef and brocolli, Spicey chicken, Egg rolls all contribute to the two entrée standard fare … Good food … quick and easy !!
