I stopped by Saturday January 2, about 4 pm. The place was busy. New Years weekend. My order was taken very quickly and the food was up and ready reasonably quick. Good service. What disturbed me was the way the customers were acting. Very rude, obnoxious and demanding to the employees. These so called adults were acting like spoiled rotten, loud mouthed children. I felt embarrassed to be an American. But then it occurred to me. Most of these people who were acting like jerks looked like foreigners. Which is’nt a big surprise. Except for the negroe dude throwing a fit because only one register was open and the white homeless dude filling up water bottles with soft drinks at the self serve, the rest of these nasty fuckers appeared to be foreign. Acting like the folks behind the counter were their bitches. There was a day, not too long ago people like this would of got a clean your plow, ass whipping out in the parking lot by several English speaking, American MEN. Not so in this castrated day and age. Don’t need a HATE crime on your record. Totally uncalled for and ridiculous. I felt sorry for those young people behind the counter. Nobody should have to put up with shit like that. Otherwise, the food was good, service was good, and I got the Hell out of there before I had a HATE crime on my record.

The night crew on 9÷13÷15 were incompetent idiots. Taking their sweet time to take drive thru orders while they have only ONE car waiting and an EMPTY restaurant. Took my money elsewhere, you should too.

Not sure if they’ve just remodeled, i doubt it, but this is the cleanest Jack in the Box I’ve been to and l’ve been to many. Service is excellent, it’s conveniently located off the 15 on your way to Vegas so it’s a good spot to stop at for a quick bite. Consider this place next time you’re looking for food, it stands out. The Del Taco is sometimes busier but also a great choice.

Was on my way to Vegas and was looking for somewhere to rest and grab some food. The sirloin cheeseburger was nice. The burger wasn’t that special actually but the whole deal was good. Bread and vegetables were fresh and the pickles made it complete

Worst drive through service I have ever seen. We were four hours into a drive with two young kids and they wanted curly fries. Picture this four of us in the car no one in front of us or behind us. Proceed to order for kids and my wife and then myself but I rudely get cut off. I try to get her back on but no answer. I drive up to the window and ask if she was the one who took my order, she said«yes» I said i wasn’t done she says«well you took 15 minutes to order”(three minutes). I asked for the manager she says I am the manager. I replied you are not a manager but if you are we will not eat here and left. BTW nice star tattoos on the neck, classy managers hired there.

Food was served hot which was great but boy was the service super super slow! Seems like there is only two people handing it all, that’s not including the one automatic machine to place an order at the front. On top of that some of the tables and all the trash from previous customers just sitting on top. I thought maybe the customers are just dirty but when it came time for me to throw my trash away, the trash can was over flowing completely with trash! I had no room to out my trash in there so I too ended up just having to leave my trash on the table. Sad to say but the place is not too busy for a Friday night on route to Vegas yet the slow service forms a crowd. Try to avoid this place unless you are in deep craving for some Jack In the Box.

On January 21, my family went through the drive-thru and we tried to utilize a coupon that says, «FREEHASBROWN®ULARSIZECOFFEE — with the purchase of any breakfast item -«. We ordered my son some pancakes, as well as a regular size coffee, and a hash brown. However, when we presented Christina with the coupon, the cash register would not take it and Christina told my wife, «That will be $ 3.45.» Of course, we were not about to pay for something in which we should have received free, but Christina said there was NOTHING she could do to fix it or make it happen for us. When asked to speak to a manager Christina said that, «She was the manager.» Christina said there was nothing she could do about the offer and explained that we probably needed to order a breakfast sandwich. HOWEVER, the coupon makes no mention of a breakfast sandwich! The coupon is straight forward… the word«any» coupled with«breakfast item» is as simplistic as anyone could ever get when interpreting a coupon. In fact, Christina fully acknowledged that she completely understood what the coupon offer said and that she agrees with the words, «any breakfast item,» as relating to any breakfast item Jack in the Box had to offer. However, the cash register would not accept the offer code, for whatever reason. Then, I talk with Claudia(the store manager/supervisor) and I explain the situation, but Claudia is unwilling to budge or fix the discrepancy. In fact, Claudia challenges me(with an attitude), to call Jack in the Box corporate headquarters to voice my concerns. Claudia showed no enthusiasm when handling our situation. Claudia’s entire demeanor was proud, arrogant, and standing her ground. There was NOTHING wrong with the coupon we were using and trying to redeem. How easy would it have been to correct the matter right at the drive-thru window, instead of making us park, walk in and«try» to get a solution to the predicament? Lastly, what becomes of the hash brown, coffee, and pancakes? THEYGETTHROWNAWAYBYJACKINTHEBOX!!! What a loss, what a waste of perfectly good food that should have been given to us, bought and paid for; but instead, Christina and Claudia would rather throw the items away then simply and simplistically remedy a perfectly easy situation. Why not keep the peace, keep a customer, make a customer happy, than turn against the customer? It doesn’t make sense to me… especially coming from a manager and a store manager.

On my drive out to Vegas my stomach started to talk to me. Pulled over and enjoyed a steak breakfast burrito, solid choice. I gotta give credit to the employee working the register, funny guy, who kinda made my experience — Thanks Steven. If you are looking for a quick bite and some gas for the car, Jack In the Box can certainly satisfy the food — in a Jack kinda way ps. Clean enough bathroom on location

Quick bite in Barstow CA usually means fast food. Not my first choice and after my most recent visit, will probably not come back. Usually at a Jack In the Box, I can manage to find something that will satisfy me enough until a real meal. My poor rating is based on the overall poor service. My issues started when I arrived. A customer in front of my was complaining about his order. He ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a hamburger instead. Then it came to me. I stood in line and the cashier left. I was left there for what seemed to be an eternity without anyone even taking my order. Keep in mind, I can see at least 4 Associates standing around. I asked someone to take my order and finally someone came up. My food arrived. Guess what? My order was wrong. I shouldn’t be surprised.

Food was OK. Clientele was not. I know the location can’t choose its patrons but it was not a pleasant experience. Several«rough looking»(read gang members) people were sitting there cussing very loudly. Every other word was a loud curse. I was glad my children weren’t with me. I would not suggest families eat at this location.

They know you’re a hit and run transient customer that won’t be back anyway so the quality reflects that. This JB’s sux. Very poor quality food and they feel real good about it. Spend your money elsewhere.

It’s jack in the box! Get 2 tacos, bacon cheddar potato wedges and a chicken sandwich. My guilty fast food pleasure of fried food goodness!

Our Vegas adventures began with a pit stop at Jack in the Box for some quick snacks and a potty break for the kids. Clean restrooms, always a plus star for rating purposes. Your typical Jack in the Box with a variety of food to choose from. Burgers, tacos, regular fries, curly fries, shakes, grilled chicken, chicken tenders, breakfast served all day and the list goes on and on. What makes this Jack a bit different is the hard working friendly staff. Keep up the great work. If you want to cool off, this Jack is the restaurant for you. It’s about 60 degrees inside, brrrrrrr. The only bad thing is it’s about 90 to 100 degrees outside. The highlight of this Jack are the two free tacos you can get when you order from the kiosk, awesome. Highly recommended!

I am supposed to be relaxing in Las Vegas instead of Unilocaling… lol. I wanted to get Del Taco back in Panorama City, but I had to beat the traffic to Las Vegas. Pretty much all the big fast food companies are here from McDonald’s to Arby’s I checked in at 7:49am to a light crowd inside. I went to the restroom first before I ordered. I will have to update with my fellow Unilocaler Gabe. It is a nice restroom, it was very, very clean. I am not sure how dirty it was to Gabe when he visited. I am glad that they cook anything like breakfast for lunch or lunch for breakfast. I ordered 2– Jumbo Jacks($ 1.50 each). That’s it. My total was $ 3.26. Heather my order taker was very kind to all of the customers even though the customers seemed like jerks. I paid with Blink RFID, but their system wasn’t working, so she had to swipe my card. There was a lady staring at me, I think she liked me. She even bumped into me when there was crowd blocking the way.lol. Maybe I should’ve taken the hint. Burger is good while on the road.lol. I was so hungry on the I-5. Jumbo Jack had dripping sauce and good thing it didn’t catch onto my dress shirt. You got BK, Del Taco, McDonald’s, Subway, El Pollo Loco, Carl’s Jr., Wendy’s, and KFC. Lenwood Road is the best mid-stop before taking the long journey to Vegas. Have Fun here and Keep Unilocaling!

What can you say about Jack in the Box. It is what it is really. We hit this one up on our way to Vegas. I can’t say that this is the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever been in. All in all though the food did the trick and the employees were pretty friendly. They have Diet Dr Pepper! Woot!
