Royalty Automotive

We absolutely love Royalty Automotive!
We came in to Royalty today to see Mark for the 4^th time now. Last August we drove 6,000 miles during a month long trip from our home state of California to our new home New Hampshire. When we purchased a car before moving, we got taken big time (Hansel Automotive in Northern California — you can look up the review I’ll be doing of them next) and since we were moving quickly we weren’t able to do anything but confront them over the phone so you can imagine they couldn’t have cared less. We drove all this way with an all wheel drive car on the WRONG SIZE WHEELS and somehow made it without dying but the list of things we have had wrong with the car has been endless. We have now dropped over 6k just to get it in working order… if this had been through a dealer, we would’ve been looking at at least double.
When we first arrived we found Royalty Automotive and Mark helped us out big time. What we really appreciate about working with them is that they really explain everything in detail and show you the problems with the car so you don’t have to just take their word for it. Everyone that we have met at Royalty including Mark has been really cool guys. They are fun to talk to and seem to be really good hearted. We have been able to get a loaner car free of charge every time we have been there (except once because we didn’t call before so make sure to do that 1^st). They are up front and reasonable and really seem to have your best interest at heart.
Every other automotive shop we looked into in the area before coming here had a list of issues between being SUPER rude on the phone (*cough cough* Foreign Motors) to having a reputation for cheating customers… I can’t even imagine this happening at Royalty. Also, both my significant other and I have worked with them without any problems (when I am alone, I haven’t dealt with any typical sexism I experience with other auto shops and when we go in together, we have group conversations that aren’t just me being completely ignored).
Really, A+++ for Royalty! You have some loyal customers!
