So my first review was after Arvin came out. This review is after Casper came out: he told me that 3 years ago, when I signed my Rhinoshield contract for my iron fence, there was no paint for iron. They used rustoleum!!! I was charged for Rhinoshield paint and it took weeks to get done and they used rustoleum. I was charged 3 times what it would have costed for another company to use rustoleum. I was paying for the Rhinoshield brand and had a signed contract with warranty. I told Casper this is fraud, and he said… no it was a mistake by the guy who sold you the product. Really??? So instead of repainting it with Rhinoshield and doing the job as described, they are sending me my money back– Not sure if money these days is worth the same as it was 3 years ago. What a scam and a fraudulent company.
