I would NOT recommend PJ’s. I was told to contact them through my refrigerator warranty insurance company to fix a loud vibrating noise on my 2-year old fridge. They did not show up the first time and it took several calls before I was able to talk to them to reschedule. The repairman said fridge motor need to be replaced. Weeks later I called to see where motor was and they said they forgot to order it but would.(similar to another review they got which Unilocal did not«recommend”-???). After several weeks repairman replaced the motor and left before the motor automatically started again on its cycle– leaving me to discover noise was still there. More calls which continued to get ignored but finally repairman returned, said another type of motor needed to be replaced and after several weeks again, he replaced it again. This did not work either– so he came out again(now several months have passed!), and said he misdiagnosed it and the FREEZER motor was the culprit. He left saying he’d order the part. Weeks, again, went by with no word from them even after I left messages. They even picked up the phone and immediately hung up on 2occasions before I could even leave a message. I used my son’s phone with a different caller ID and they picked up the phone– only to tell me in the very end that the MY newly ordered freezer motor was used on someone els’s fridge! They said the«could not» order another one so I should call another company! Extremely poor quality work and extremely unprofessional!
