The first time I went to Ecig shed, I was treated with the upmost respect, but the second time I went there, the lady helped me which is why I’m writing this review. She was rude and condescending to me. I’m new to vaping and was asking questions regarding the piece I bought. I don’t appreciate someone being condescending to me when I’m asking about products they sell. The two gentlemen that work there are great and I really appreciate there help. She was not pleasant to work with therefore ruining my chances of ever going back. Looks like I’ll be taking my business to the Vapor Lounge. Sorry guys.

This is a great shop! The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable on the newest and latest technology available. They are also active in legislation of e-​cigs and represent our interest in leading a healthier lifestyle than when we were smoking. They have a very very good selection of devices from basic to advanced. Whether your looking for something simple to get you off cigarettes or into advanced rebuildable tanks and attys like myself. They have a great selection of juice and juice lines. Their prices are competitive and def not inflated, I believe I have always gotten what I’ve paid for and more. I love going out to visit them, hang out and chat. This was the very first shop I visited almost two and half years ago when I first quit smoking tobacco, and I still go back today. I honestly believe if I didn’t make that first trip out there I would have gone back to smoking cigarettes. Thanks for all you have done for me Lou and the rest of your team!

Wow! I bought the new aspire cf sub with the Atlantis After having this for 3 days it stopped working. I drove 35miles to go back to this retailer. To have him look at it and tell me the Atlantis aspire has come lose! He took some tools and made it work but it looks like the leaning tower of pisa!!!
Just because your a small business owner does not mean not to stand behind your products!
I bought another Atlantis from him and I will never go back there and tell everyone what happened !
Good biz would have been to exchange it make me a happy customer I was there to buy another ecig for my girl friend but I didn’t buy it there !!

This is the place, Lou is Awesome and is always willing to answer questions and let me try flavors to get just the right one, I live in Newport and its worth the drive to Barrington. The remodeled shop looks great and keeps looking better every time I go in there. Prices are pretty good and its nice to have a local resource to go to to get advice and supplies

Been in once. Prices were a bit more than expected but the juice selection is decent. Customer service was good and staff were knowledgeable. Probably not a place I would frequent only because it’s a bit far for me to drive. My only real complaint was that the house juice I purchased tasted wonky when I got home. Too far to go back and tell them about it so I just dealt with it.

Owner is very rude. I was looking for a specific brand that I thoroughly enjoy and he rudely told me how the product was inferior and that was doing this for years. Well I have used this product for a very long time so I know 1st hand that this brand is amazing and has never let me down. The guy was extremely condescending and very nasty. Because of this, I would NEVER give this place my business for anything. I will make sure to let everyone know this as well. There is a new e cig store opening in Cumberland, so until they open I will continue to buy online. I was trying to move my business from online to help out a small privately owned company, but the rude people here blew that big time and frankly the guy who has been doing this «for years» didn’t know what the neck he was talking about. Good looking out buddy. People will know that this isn’t the best place. More will move in with better product and you will move out!

I have been a Newport smoker for 26 years. You may try any flavor you want. Tried the triple menthol 18mg & 24mg. Both are working exceptional well. I am official a non-​smoker now. I feel so much better health wise & all around. Have not gained weight at all. Thank you Ecig Shed!!! Especially the kindness.
