Wow. Rarely do I make a negative review but this place is horrible and absolutely warrants a zero star if it were possible on Unilocal.Heads up owners: rudeness, arrogance and raised voices do not mix well in retail!
We came in for a new iPhone and left within 5 minutes sans phone due to the aforementioned rudeness, arrogance and raised voice… We went to the deer park location and left with our shiny new iPhone 6s (black, yay) soon after.
This location is NOT a corporate owned store, they are not trained well on product (or apparently how to behave) they don’t represent AT&T directly and it shows. Ugh.

The one star is for the associate that greeted me at the door since it went downhill from there. Charles, who spoke to me next, was arrogant and unhelpful. I honestly felt that I was being talk down to, even though he wasn’t saying anything useful. Even without my experience at this brand new location, I really wasn’t comfortable with how he spoke to the customer before me, very rude. I really think that I got a much much better service at the Deer Park store even though some of their reviews are negative as well. Was really hoping for an ATT store close to home, only to be dissapointed and discouraged from being their customer.
