A beautifully decorated atmosphere with relaxing music, and very friendly staff. The service was good, but the room was tiny and the chit chat outside was annoying and loud. I dont mind tipping if I feel the service was good. The added gratuity by the spa I feel was not fair because the overall experience was not excellent. Because of the total amount, I could not afford to give the lady an extra tip like I wanted to. I dont feel the tipping added reflects the whole experience, as I wanted the therapist to have a tip because of the good service, however would of preferred to tip the therapist myself what I wanted to. Probably will still go back as it is a lovely spa, just not as often as I would like to due to the cost. It also seems like for the high prices and only real day spa in the area, it would be nice if they offered a shower, steam room and a larger changing area. Having said all of that, would still recommend the spa to others as it is nice to have a place like this in the area.

Im not much of a spa person, but every now and then, I treat myself. This was the first time I ever came here and I wasn’t overly impressed by my experience. While the atmosphere is nice, the rooms are small and cramped and its a bit of a maze to navigate. Changing into robes wouldn’t be so bad aside from the wait in the tiny sitting room with strangers and it seemed to be quite a while before anyone came to get you. My massage was alright, but the woman seemed very hesitant and made for a somewhat awkward experience. The room really felt like someone had thrown candles and a massage table into a side bedroom and it just wasn’t the relaxing place your imagine. Perhaps a different treatment might change my opinion, but for now, it’s not tops on my list to return.

I’ve been here a few times, the pedicures have been fairly violent each time and both massages were mediocre and very chatty. They’re clearly trying to operate a little oasis, but I’m willing to bet the folks in charge of hiring and maintaining the massage therapists don’t know what to look for. One complained about her job the entire time, the other bruised my lower back while talking my ears off about her career. I feel like some of the employees are trying very hard to make it a nice place, but there’s a bit of a leak in the boat, and although the reception /cashiers are always polite, it’s awkward when they ask how it all was and what I’d like to leave for a tip.

I give this place five stars because I couldn’t be anymore pleasantly surprised! As soon as you walk in, there is a warm atmosphere and relaxing music. The woman behind the counter asked if I wanted anything to drink, I got water. With ice and lemon! In a fancy glass! The whole setup is very well done. The woman who worked on my feet(pedicure) was super patient since I had a stubborn shellac polish from a month ago to remove. She was so good! And the polish selection is huge. And it’s all OPI I’m pretty sure. Very very happy, please see for yourself!
