We had an absolute great camping experience at Lazy Lion Campground in Graniteville, So. Barre, Vermont. The campground was clean with flowers growing every where, the fall foliage was just starting in the campground so it was a vision of beauty. We have a 43ft motorhome and we had plenty of room on both sides, sitting on a grass pad, water, electricity and sewer all came with it. The campground owner Darrell gave us a list of places to go to see the fall colors and boy was he right on! This Campgrd is so close to all the touristy things that we made a months worth of entertainment and beauty in just 7 days. We would recommend this RV park to everyone.

This review is of the Trolley restaurant. I was excited to see the Trolley open up this spring– we don’t have many options for a quick(or any kind of) meal in the area. There are tables set up outside, or you can take the meal to go. The menu is basic– burgers, hot dogs, fries, and other fried appetizers(mozz sticks, fried pickles, etc.) with canned soda. Darrell, who was working when I stopped in today, was very nice and friendly. I had a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was cooked up fresh to order, including my choice of cheese, on a fresh bun. The fries were great, as were my husband’s mozz sticks. Quick, friendly service, with a great price. If you’re looking for freshly made-to-order take out, this is the right place. I’ll be back soon!
