Home Depot delivered a vanity to my house and ran into our dresser and damaged it. The delivery guy would not say sorry or take responsibility .The delivery guy lied to my mom about what paper she was signing. He argued And had her sign for what he told her was that it has been delivered when really it was really stating she was liable for damage HE did. Just spoke with MARK LARKIN who was in charge of insurance through Home Depot and he was the most unprofessional and rude human being I have spoken with. He refused to give me his bosses name and hung up on me after claiming our conversation was done and there was nothing he could do. He continuously interrupted and was the biggest smart aleck. Not only did he make my elderly mother upset on the phone but me as well with his dismissive and unconcerned demeanor.

Good luck if you have to go to the customer service desk! And don’t order anything online for pickup at this store… too much for them to handle.
