This place is a hidden gem! They sell dead stock and freight leftover from the 1960s up through currentish times. My first ever trip to Fabric & Freight was in the late 90’s and I’ve been coming back whenever I am able to get down there ever since. This store has a little bit of everything. Funky vintage fabrics and trimmings by the yard, PVC piping 1960’s waitress uniforms new in the packaging, light fixtures, wrapping paper circa Christmas 1974, decorative wooden spoons, old packages of nails and screws, jewelry and even brand new kitchen sinks! Seriously, this place has EVERYTHING! You never know what you might find. The prices are very fair and the store is not really super organized. You have to dig to find the real treasures, but they’re there. They have kind of weird hours, so always call before you come to be sure that they’re open. Also, they have a sister store down the block that only sells fabric and trimmings, so be sure to visit them as well.
