We went to two classes. Yesterday was on making 4 desserts in one hour, which we achieved! Today was on making Maine Fish Chowder and on making Popovers. Both classes were very good and the food came out well. What I liked most about the chef is she educated us on different spices, foods, etc. We got to taste different flours, spices, oils and so forth. She is fairly organic in her cooking which is a plus. She kept everything simple. We got to help make the food. She had fun trivia questions on food and drink. Most importantly we finally learned why our popovers haven’t popped up in 15 years! She is the Julia Childs of Bar Harbor.
