I came her because I was under the impression my last optometrist I went to a few months prior was just a mistake. When I arrive here, the service was good and I asked questions. One of those was«What if I don’t like them or they don’t feel right» The answer was«lets try them out first, We’ll think you’ll be happy» I was convinced but should have known better. 1 month into wearing the glasses which turned out to be the same prescription I had prior, I learned it wasn’t the glasses but my eyes. so, I asked for a refund after learning these would not be a good fit. Lenscranters and Wal-Mart & give refunds within 30 days so I figured this would be the same. I was wrong… I’m out $ 380.00 for a pair of glasses I will never wear again. Next time somebody say’s «We’ll cross that bridge when we get there», make sure you ask more questions. Basic policy is to offer a refund. Not with mom and pop shops I guess. I’ll stick with Lenscrafters next time. The last place I went to? Wal-Mart. Another mistake.

I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted since they were off center. I received great service and my glasses now fit me perfectly. I really appreciate your service!

I’ve been a patient of Eye Care For You for several years. Very professional, comfortable environment, quick turnaround on lenses and a very nice selection of frames, e.g. Giorgio Armani, Polo, Carrera – all of which, I purchased. And whenever I need the fitting tweaked, I can simply stop by and they’re more than happy to take care of me. This is a giant leap over any mall-based operation. No comparison.
