This review should have been written a long time ago. Sorry :( I’ve never minded the quick visits that so many other people seem to be complaining about. I figured that if it’s a quick visit, there is nothing wrong. I have so many other complaints about this office though. The impatience of the doctor is duly noted. It happened when I was in labor with my son back in 2013. He came in and pressured me into taking all kinds of drugs but I was very certain I wanted to have an all natural birth. He argued with me while I was in labor. SERIOUSLY? Who argues with a woman in labor? If i say no I don’t want these drugs to make YOUR life easier, then back the hell up and stop pressuring me into it. As my son was starting to come out, he told me to push even though I distinctly remember that they said I wasn’t completely fully dilated. I remember hearing them saying that I was around 9 centimeters or so. You have be at a full ten to start pushing otherwise you could cause complications. So he tells me to push and my husband sees that he is pulling the baby’s head. Pulling the baby out can also harm the baby. By pulling him out he somehow stretched the baby’s head. It caused his head to swell. The swell filled up with blood and my son’s brand new liver couldn’t process it so he became severely jaundiced. Over the next few days, they monitored his bilirubin levels and was finally rushed to Loma Linda Children’s hospital where he was carefully monitored. His bilirubin level reached a very scary 23. At a level of 25, the child can experience brain damage. Thankfully, he didn’t go any higher and came down. He’s fine now but it was one of the most stressful and emotionally heartbreaking experiences I’ve ever had. Loma Linda was great. Dr. Yoo was not. I went in for a followup with him and I had a papsmear. They said that I could have abnormal cells which means I could have cervical cancer. I was supposed to come in after my next period. I have a hormone imbalance which causes me to bleed for months at a time. The longest I had«in between» these periods was just a few days of very light spotting and then it would bleed again. I tried several times throughout the year to call and make an appointment to see and ask about it but the office workers are so incompetent that they never called back no matter how many voicemails I left. Today I called to make an appointment. My period finally ended! They tell me that Dr. Yoo has dropped me as a patient because I never followed up and I am now a liability. It was so maddening. I try to call and make an appointment to see them about something that has hindered me from doing a follow up papsmear and there was no communication. I complained that out of the many times I have called, this was the first time in a year that someone has actually picked up the phone and they tell me that I am not allowed as a patient. So all in all here is the summary. *he caused or definitely worsened my son’s jaundice which risked brain damage *he pressured me into taking drugs at the hospital that I clearly did not want *he had me push when I clearly heard that I was at 9 centimeters instead of the recommended 10. *he denied me as a patient even after I attempted on several different occasions to contact his office about my situation *his office workers may sound friendly but don’t actually follow through with phone calls making it impossible to make an appointment. People are suggesting that I sue. I’m not the type that sues but considering he dropped me because he thinks I’m a liability. I can’t say it hasn’t crossed my mind.

I would not recommend this guy he is not very caring Doctor at all and rushes your visit and won’t listen to anything you tell him. He blew me off when I told him about my discharging being irregular and the next day I’m at the ER due to severe pain in my abdomen and I’m being told that I have a bad bladder infection. Unbelievable that he did not want to do anything for me. It’s a waste of time even going to his appointments because he does nothing for me. Not to mention I never have never had a urine test there, you would think they want to check for infections but they don’t give a rats ass. So annoyed be this place

I absolutely love this Dr and his staff. I came to them in my second trimester after having a horrible experience at Hemet valley OB. The doctor is great at what he does and has never rushed me through, answering every question and concern I have. The staff is very professional and sweet even calling me to reschedule my appointment after I forgot to go. Coming to this office was the best decision i could have made. Thank God I took my friends advice after she recommended him. I not only would return in any future pregnancy but would highly recommend him.

I was a patient of Dr. Yoo. His staff is very unfriendly. He rushes through visits. Wait times are aweful. He Missed problems with my baby. Rushed through delivery causing severe complications. I would not recommend him to anyone.

This doctor has delivered probably 80% of the babies in Banning and Beaumont. He knows what he’s doing but always seems to rush through the pregnancy check ups. Also his staff can be nice(when they want to!).
