Westview Terrace Apartments

Our manager is fabulous! She continues to amaze us daily with all of the things that her team does. They fix things right away. The property is lit up at night so it’s not dark and scary. Our gates are maintained. She’s sweet but also tough as freakin nails! «Fair but firm,» my husband calls it. She hosts events for the entire community to partake in. She cares about all of the kids’ wellbeing. She shows genuine concern for everything and everyone and is so nice. Her maintenance man is pretty awesome too. He fixes things the right way and checks on us along with her to make sure we’re still good with that repair. We love our office staff and please don’t ever take them away! Almost 4 years later, we are still happy to call Westview our home.

if i could i would give ZERO stars!!! worst apartments in Banning. They are constantly having inspections at least 2 – 3 month you dont know if your apt will be selected or not so they will do it with you home or not. They will write you up for leaving a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter on your kitchen counter!!! This happened to me, I just got done feeding my kids and had to take them to the school bus. I came back my husband said they came to inspect and wrote us up on this. They never fix anything unless you call fair housing on them. Drugs and gangs are a major problem, shootings, drug deals, fights all the time.
