They were especially helpful with helping me decide between selling or renting my home, after my senior aged family member no longer needed it. They weeded out the lower level applicants, and very quickly found me top-​notch tenants, who have been in my home now for a couple years, with no issues.
I live in Orange County, so it’s not easy for me to keep up on the area. When I call them for a status update, they always remember who I am, and they always have very detailed information about the real estate market in the region. They always offer sound advice, and aren’t pushy in any way.
They price their services fairly, and are a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking to buy, sell, or rent your home, they will take good care of you.

I contacted these people to take over management of a duplex in Banning to replace a manager that was doing poorly. After only a few weeks they made me wish that I had never called them. Pioneer Realty is now the manager and I am very happy.

Do NOT EVER go through these people. We unfortunatley trusted them when my father who is on strapped disability income at the age of 60 needed to be closer to us to care for him when he became very ill after two heart attacks. My father lived there for roughly five years before needing to move even as close as across the street, well first off when he moved in the house was filthy and covered in dirt and the back bathroom didn’t work at all, the toilet didn’t flush, the sink and shower didn’t run but they promised all that would be taken care of. It never was. Next, after we needed to move him closer after he lost 4 pints of blood and was in ICU for two months, we moved everything and made sure the house was spotless, we even hired a cleaning company to make sure it was spotless. First, they refused our deposit of $ 900 back for no reason they could give us, and tried to charge us 500 in cleaning fees for an already spotless house. It took us 18 days after our thrity day notice to move so we agreed to pay $ 558 for the rent of those 18 days and they could keep the deposit for the cleaning fees. They attempted then to charge us $ 1,020.00 for the cleaning fees and rent due, AND keep the $ 950 deposit. I personally hope nobody uses them again and we keep letting people know how manipulative, disrespectful, and greedy these people are and save anyone else from having to endure this hell.
