My old wood fence was falling down. Brandon came out and gave me a fair quote. They did the whole vinyl fence in 2 days.(approx. 160 feet of fencing). It is straight as an arrow. Good work guys! The only drawback that I had was that it took them 3 weeks to get out to my job. I have a Big dog and I was afraid of him getting out of the yard with the old fence falling down. I would definitely use this company again.

Absolutely horrible experience. My neighbors hired A&A to replace the fence between our two properties. After arriving 2 hours late, they drilled through a water line in my yard and claimed that they couldn’t fix it, after shutting off the main water line to my house! the onsite foreman was rude and unapologetic. I notified my neighbors, who contracted A&A, of the situation. They managed to have the company come out and repair the line they busted. The covered up the whole and turned on our water, without letting be know that they had done so. I knew the water came back on because I left a faucet open just in case. They packed up and left without notifying me that the repair was complete and my water was on. It would have been fine had they done the repair correctly. When I went outside to inspect what they had done, I immediately noticed that the hole was flooding. Not to mention the wake of destruction that they left in my yard/plants. The repair is unacceptable. My water is off again and they are not answering their phone, despite it being well within their business hours. Stay very far away from this company. They are unprofessional and do shoddy work.

A&A prioritizes commercial work over residential work. They will come out and give you a bid on a residential job, then make you wait until they have finished all of their commercial work. They do not keep in touch with you and they will not estimate when they will be able to schedule your residential job. You are simply in limbo while waiting for them to get all of their commercial work done. After getting a bid from A&A and then not hearing anything back from them for a couple of weeks I hired Sonrise Fence Company who completed my job within a few days of my initial call. A&A is clueless about good business practices and customer satisfaction. If you have a residential fence job in the Inland Empire skip these amateurs and call Sonrise Fence Company.

I’ve used A & A Fence Company twice over the past year. The first time, they replaced a fence that was blown down in last year’s wind storms. The second time, a few months later when I decided to replace the fence on the opposite side of my property. Both times, I had problems. The first time, they tore apart a section of fence that wasn’t on the repair order, and they put it back up with yellow string, tied to the chain-link fence behind my property. I didn’t realize that they had fixed the problem in this matter until they left. By that time, there was nothing that I could do about it. The second time I used them was about a week ago when I had the other fence put in. Me and my neighbor decided to go halves on the fence, and my neighbor wanted a gate put in on her side, and I had some additional work on my side of the fence. I didn’t authorize the additional work, and both me and my wife told them at the time that we only wanted the fence line put up. Well, they ended up doing the additional work anyway, and they ended breaking a number of sprinklers on both my and my neighbors properties. On top of all of that, they didn’t have the materials to finish putting in my neighbors gate, and left it until the next day. Ironically enough, they used a piece of chain-link, and that same telltale yellow string to put up a makeshift chain-link gate until they came back the next day. They never did fix my neighbors sprinkler system, even though she contacted them several times afterwards. They never let her know that they had to turn the water off, so she came home not knowing what had happened. She let it go, but I’m not going to. Hence, this review. This is just to let those who are considering using this company know what the deal is. The bottom line is this: this company does good work, but they are absolute crap when it comes to the details. If you decide to use them, make sure you watch them like a hawk. It sucks that you have to go through that, but if you don’t, they are not going to give you what you ask for.
