Our Road Side Assistance dispatched Cop’s Towing to change my fiancé’s tire (right down the street from their garage). While waiting there her car battery died while waiting for the tow truck. The driver changed the tire but didn’t have jumper cables. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he left her there with a dead battery. Great feeling to call road side assistance back to have someone else dispatched to come out and give a jump start. So much for serving their local community… Not great customer service.
