Very small UPS store in a small parking lot shared with a web service company and a Uhaul drop off. They do not sell boxes for self-​packing and charge an exorbitant fee if you ask them to pack a box for you (despite it only being a 1.5 lb box). Customer service was mediocre compared to the other UPS stores I frequented when moving to Bangor, so I was disappointed that small town customer service was less than that of a big city. Being so close to home, I would go back, but I would definitely spend the gas and money to find a box elsewhere first.

This place is great! wonderful friendly efficient staff. All the ladies have been so helpful and professional with my possessions. Save your self the time and worry by reaping UPS insurance for your goods by having them pack it. (Check the fine print when sending antiques, etc.) The turned my daunting tasks into a relaxing pause and overall an enjoyable experience!

Overall my experience this UPS Store was very pleasant. Went in to ship something to Canada and came out a satisfied customer knowing that package was in good hands. Will ship through them again in the future

Awesome service! I went in to ship some frames and the ladies who helped me were wonderful and did a great job in packaging my items since they are fragile and breakable. From my 15 minutes there i could see that every employee there goes out of their way to help customers which is really awesome. The store was pretty busy today but I didn’t feel rushed at all.
