Natural Nails

I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. The man who gave me my manicure and pedicure was very rude and tried telling me I wasn’t supposed to have nail polish because I am a nurse. The manicure was ok but he did not paint close to the cuticle and it looks like it’s already grown out. There are far better nail places in this area with great customer service that I will be visiting. I will not be back.

I’ve been here a few times and always had great service. It is not the most fancy place in the world but they get the job done. I’ve always had good nails. The pedicure I received this week was so relaxing and was done very well. I am going back today to get a manicure for my wedding.

For what it is, a walk-​in strip mall nail salon I can’t complain. I walked in and was in my chair soaking my feet within 4 min on a sat afternoon. My all time best pedicures are given by Stacy at it’s all about you day spa. She is now in madawaska so it’s not feasible to go to her consistently (1 ½ hrs for a true spa pedicure) I am a picky customer and left satisfied with my express pedicure. This is not a spa and is relatively inexpensive so do not come with grand expectations. In addition my mom and grandmother get their nails/​acrylics done here and they are satisfied. I will come here between going to it’s all about you in madawaska.

It is my opinion that they are very good at what they do. I also know that they are probably one out of two of the busiest nail salons in the area. I believe they prefer to work off of a walk-​in clientele. Especially during their busy times. It makes it hard for them to depend on appointments, being that alot of them don’t show at all and most run late, except for their regulars. So, my advice would be to either call right before you go and see how long of a wait they are going on, or to just go in and ask and come back. They don’t seem to mind this at all. As they have no way of knowing how full the place will be at any given moment. When they get overly busy they tend to rush. No, that’s not ok, but that’s what you have to be prepared for. They are trying to please everyone.
Hell, they just need to expand and be bigger! In my opinion, I believe the best nail techs there to be Jesse, Tammy, and Sam.
