I was dealt with efficiently and respectfully. I went in for a brake job and was expecting to pay for pads all around and possibly rotors. They checked the car out, showed me their reasoning, and said that all that was needed was to clean the tracks the pads travel in. The brakes feel great, the noise is gone, and they talked me out of spending several hundred dollars more. Will definitely return when the brakes actually need replacing.

Went for an oil change. They are very knowledgable but expensive and it took forever. I had a 1pm appointment and they didn’t take my car into the garage til 1:25. Next time I’ll go back to Prompto.
