Found a couch on craigslist off nearby Harford Rd. and needed a truck to move it. Came to this UHaul location with no reservation at 6pm on a Tuesday. On appearances, it is an average UHaul location, with lots of 10 ft. trucks available. Nothing special, until Jerone walks in.
Jerone was single-​handedly running this entire operation, between moving trucks, cleaning them out, and managing the front desk. He was quick and knowledgeable, and made this the EASIEST UHaul experience– both at checkout on Tuesday and return Wednesday AM– that I have ever encountered. There are times when you go places and thank god for making the little parts of life so easy. Jerone was my Uhaul godsend. Thanks, Jerone! You are awesome, and make this UHaul on Belair Road my go-​to for the next move!
