Great building to live in! This place is BEAUTIFUL! It is a refurbished old tin decorating factory. Each apartment is two floors with 20 ft ceilings and exposed brick.

I really love living in this building! It has so much to offer. The staff is amazing– so nice, efficient and helpful. The amenities are great! The building is well taken care of and the location is awesome! My only complaint, which is a fairly important one, is the insulation in the building is terrible so you hear everything! My upstairs loft/​bedroom shares a ceiling with the floor of the main level for the people above me so I don’t get to sleep till they’re asleep. Unfortunate. But it’s a great dog friendly building (so don’t move in if you don’t like dogs) and I feel very happy & safe here.
